What Happens During a Visit
Inviting someone into your home to help with technology can feel a little uncertain, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. At AxTechWorks, we aim to make the experience simple, transparent, and comfortable from start to finish. Most Consult & Support visits last between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the issue.
During a Consult & Support visit, our engineer will take the time to understand how we can help you and provide clear, practical help without confusing technical language.
