What Happens During a Visit

Inviting someone into your home to help with technology can feel a little uncertain, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. At AxTechWorks, we aim to make the experience simple, transparent, and comfortable from start to finish. Most Consult & Support visits last between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the issue.

During a Consult & Support visit, our engineer will take the time to understand how we can help you and provide clear, practical help without confusing technical language.

When Should You Book a Consult & Support Visit?

Consult & Support service is ideal when something with your technology isn’t working as expected, or when you simply need help understanding or setting up your new tech.

You will certainly benefit from a Consult & Support visit if:

  • Your computer, laptop or tablet is running slowly or behaving unexpectedly

  • Your Wi-Fi connection is unreliable or doesn’t reach parts of your home

  • Your printer, email, or software isn’t working correctly

  • You have bought a new device and would like help setting it up properly

  • You want help connecting devices to your home network

  • You would like clear advice about improving your home technology setup

Sometimes the issue may be simple, and sometimes it may require a little investigation. A Consult & Support visit allows us to assess the situation directly in your home and provide clear, practical help.
